Jesse ford

A Metro Detroit native with a background in corporate finance, transitioned into film production by merging his business acumen with his passion for the arts. In 2018, he founded WTP Pictures, a production company focused on fostering creative collaboration with a roster of like-minded Directors’ and artists. Jesse brings a solutions-oriented approach and a “we can do this” mindset to his work with creatives, agencies, and stakeholders to make original content across all mediums. Previously serving as co-founder and Executive Producer at The Work (2010–2018), a content studio specializing in commercials and branded content for the automotive industry.

Recent and notable projects include: Haunted Heist (2025) starring Tiffany Haddish and Lil Rel Howery, Mr. Crocket (2024) starring Jerrika Hinton and Elvis Nolasco, The Mill (2023), a sci-fi film that debuted on Hulu ranking in the Global Top 15, and Revolution: GMC HUMMER EV (2022), a documentary on The History Channel and Hulu. Jesse currently has multiple documentaries, an IMAX film, and a scripted TV show in development.

Beyond film, Jesse is passionate about music, design, mid-century furniture, and family life with his wife and two sons.
